Hippies are collective nouns too, man
A Reek of Hippies sitting on a bus. The term ‘Hippies’ is a collective noun too.

Everyone knows that a group of geese are referred to as a gaggle.  Cows gather in herds.  Pigeons flock.  Monkeys troop. These are collective nouns commonly used to name groups of animals.

What about other groups?  Like humans when they are otherwise labeled into a category.  I have searched high and low for collective nouns describing human groupings…right now I am VERY high and still searching.  And still not finding.  Therefore, I shall being compiling a list of collective nouns that should be used in your daily conversation to simplify and convey all the necessary information, in as few words as possible, about clusters of nouns arranged in groups associated by and activity, style, or smell.

A Hassle of Bums – A group of homeless people who mumble inquiries as to the status of the quantity of superfluous coins that you currently are carrying on your person that you may wish to relieve yourself of.
Usage: Make your way past the Hassle of Bums to get to the bus station.

An Infection of Prostitutes – A group of prostitutes, prostituting.
Usage: There was an Infection of prostitutes on the corner that night and I still wasn’t drunk enough to find one to donkey punch.

A Reek of Hippies – A group of hippies.
Usage: I almost gagged when I had to walk past that Reek of Hippies to get to the incense store.

A Beg of Street Performers – Street performers who have absolutely no talent but seem to find the most creative ways imaginable to indicate the location of their tip jar.
Usage: Take the rickshaw to bypass the Beg of Performers or you will never get there in time.

A Twitch of Addicts: – Crack, Meth, Heroin and alcohol addicts.
Usage: Don’t go down that alley or you’ll run into a twitch of addicts.

A Giggle Of Teenage Girls – Any group of females between the ages of 13 and 19, of any number.
Usage: I had to get up and move because I couldn’t hear the movie over the Giggle of Teenage Girls sitting behind me.
